American IPA – Extract Recipe Kit

Over the years, James Squire has brought out American IPA’s that highlight a particular hop – in the case of Hop Thief 9, it highlights Citra. Using a base of Coopers Bootmaker Pale Ale, we’ve added a caramalt steep to enhance a delicious malt backbone. Load it up with flavoursome Citra hops, and you’ll soon be enjoying an intensely hoppy IPA.

Receipe contains Bootmaker Pale Ae Extract, Light Malt Extract, Citra Hops,  US West Coast Yeast, Caramalt grain.

This is a 23l receipe for our 25 litre fermentors or any other 25 litre vessel.
