Australian Pacific Ale – 5L All Grain Kit

 Our all grain kits are our own tried and tested recipes for classic and modern beer styles. Included in the kit are all the ingredients needed to make 5L using a standard BIAB (Brew in a Bag).You will also need a set of scales for measuring hops.

 

All our all-grain kits contains a milled grain bill, hops, yeast, and a recipe card.

The Style:
A uniquely Australian interpretation of an American Pale.  Characterized by floral, fruity, citrus and grassy aromas using modern Aussie hops.  Bitterness is restrained compared to American Pale Ales.  Modest use of crystal malts keep the body and colour light, while high wheat content gives the beer a light haze without appearing murky, and aids head retention.
