Dried Lemon Slices – 50gm

Dehydrated lemon slices are little discs of concentrated citrus flavour.

Try them in tea (hot or iced) and in secondary fermentation of kombucha (we love it with ginger too !). They’re great as garnish for gin and tonic, and other cocktails. Or pop one into your bottle of water to give a delightful lemon infusion.
