EelZacca Pale Ale – 20L All Grain Kit

Our all grain kits are our own tried and tested recipes for classic and modern beer styles. Included in the kit are all the ingredients needed to make 20L using a standard BIAB (Brew in a Bag) setup such as our BIAB Starter kit, or your prefered equipment such as a Grainfather. You will also need a set of scales for measuring hops.

All our all-grain kits contains a milled grain bill, hops, yeast, and any other items required for the style (such as kettle finings, spices, brewing salts), as well as a recipe card.

Pale Ale, Vienna Malt, Cara-pils, Acidulated Malt

Perle, Azacca, El Dorado hops

Safale S-04 yeast

 Description:

 The EelZacca Pale Ale recipe was carefully designed to honour two iconic figures in the history of our planet.

Azacca, giving its delicious mango and tropical fruit flavours, is named after the Haitian God of Agriculture.

The EELS, bring their own delish to the NRL and have their own godlike figure, well King anyway, in Gutherson.

Nothing compliments these two  gods, well one god and one king, than the hop El Dorado, when translated means ‘The Golden’ which is how the Eels are playing this year. El Dorado’s pineapple, pear and watermelon flavours compliment ‘The Haitian God’ beautifully just as The EELS backline is beautifully complimenting its dominant forward pack.
