This recipe has been designed with simple ingredients for fast and healthy fermentations and a neutral flavour profile. Sodium Bicarbonate keeps the pH within range to make sure the yeast is happy, and wine nutrient provides enough food for yeast to finish the job.
Flavour extracts, fruit puree, dried fruit, fruit peels or fresh fruit can be used to flavour your seltzers. Flavour extracts and dried fruits can be used after fermentation is complete. Fresh fruit and fruit puree are best added towards the end of fermentation. Botanicals can even be added for a gin-like experience. The possibilities are endless here.
