Orange Peel Bitter – 50gm

Bitter orange is used in many different beer styles. Wheat beer or Witbier, especially Belgian style, the most common style. Add 5-15minutes before the end of the boil at about 14-28g per 20-23L batch, bitter orange gives citrusy flavour to beer.
