Oolong Tea is a traditional Chinese tea, that is somewhere between a green tea and a black tea.
Made from the same plant as other teas, oolong tea is processed differently to produce a unique taste. It is partially oxidised, unlike green tea (which is not or only slightly) and black tea (which is heavily oxidised)
Try it as your next cuppa, or include it in a batch of kombucha.
